OUR HISTORY
Interlude was created with a desire to create a little respite in everyday life, a place where you can lower your shoulders, put away your phone, and find peace through something as simple as coloring.
WHO WE ARE
We are Fanny and Julie, two young women, with a somewhat ambitious goal to make you spend less time on screens when you need to unwind from work, studies or other hectic everyday activities. We hope to achieve our goal by giving you a light-hearted and creative activity, which inspires and which does not require prior knowledge of drawing to get a really nice result!
OUR VISION
We believe in the value of a break . A little interlude – an interlude – where you get to be creative on your own terms. In our coloring book there are no rules, only possibilities.

Right of return and cancellation
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason. The period runs from the day after you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To cancel a purchase, please contact us at info.interludeinc@gmail.com . Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Lybekkveien 44A, 0770 Oslo.
If the return of the item is accepted by us, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted. Please note that you will have to pay the shipping costs yourself if you return the item. We do not refund shipping costs for items that have already been purchased.

Damage etc.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund.

When will I receive my order?
We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but are normally between 5-7 business days.
Where are the products manufactured?
Our books are produced locally here in Oslo at a printing house in Bryn. We carefully select our production partners to ensure that the products are of high quality and that the employees at our partners have good working conditions.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always be informed of the shipping cost before you purchase items from us.
